dreaming with wind mother: a landscape of mothers offering
Join me for an exploration of nature as an ally for bringing our hopes and dreams into fruition. Dreaming is often considered frivolous and it's what happens in our "down time". But what if we approached it with intention and purpose? Could we find the path we've been searching for, to a culture of hope, care, and respect?

Late winter and early spring is Wind Mother time. She arouses us from the slowness of winter and begins to stir the pot. In the northern hemisphere her time is now! This is a good time to delve into what you want in the coming year, to plan for and plant the seeds that you will tend and nourish as the weather warms and the energy rises.

In this workshop we will explore what is possible in our relationships (with our kids and/or the inner child) through:
- Utilizing the slowness of the end of winter to linger in the dream space
- Exploring our longing for what may want to be: how wishes, hopes, and imagination support knowing what we want
- Identifying what needs to be released to make room for the new
- Figuring out what we are hoping for instead of how it will happen (that comes later)
Workshop: The pride and heartache of graduation
Give room to the hopes, anxieties, pride, excitement, and relief that we experience as our children stand at the threshold of a life of their own making. By sharing we can feel less alone, we can draw from one another's joys, and acknowledge all of our fears. I will also provide a resource guide for parents of graduates.

This has been a long road, parenting.
And now we find ourselves at a crossroads where we’ve done the vast majority of our parenting work. It’s both a relief and a source of anxiety.
Let’s gather and share so that we can normalize and give space to all of the “mama feels” about this moment in time We will have a freeform discussion, driven primarily by what participants bring as areas of interest. I will also have a Landscape of Mothers framework for where we are and what this moment invites from us as parents.
