Landscape of Mothers Nature Retreat Day

This is a one day intensive, either in person or on zoom. We immerse ourselves in nature together, and explore how nature can provide reflection and guidance.

I create an altar to hold the energy of our time together. We will work together to develop an inquiry for you to take into nature. I'll guide you through interpreting your experience and I'll show you a method for anchoring this guidance into your everyday life. 

We will also have a follow up integration call approximately two weeks after your retreat to continue to pull the threads of what you learned from nature into your lived experience.

Approximate schedule for the day:

Meet mid morning - 1 hour

• We will cover logistics, grounding into the intention, and creating an inquiry
• I'll give you a somatic practice for facilitating the flow of information between you and nature that was given to me by Forest Mother
  

You go out into nature with your inquiry, allow yourself to be nourished by the place - 2-3 hours
Lunch + travel (if online) - 1 hour 
We reconnect early afternoon - 3 hours (with a short break in the middle)

• You tell me about your experience in nature
• We work together to interpret and explore your experience
• Craft: You will create a tangible reflection of what you learned. I will provide instructions on how to keep this learning alive as you return to your everyday life.

Close before sunset so that you can use the liminal time between day and night to integrate.
Follow up call approximately 2 weeks later to discuss how integration is going and what other support you might need.

For the in-person retreat:
I'll take care of the location and access to nature
I will provide a homemade lunch

For the remote retreat:
We will meet by zoom before the retreat date to work out where you will go and what you need to take with you
​I'll order you a doordash meal for lunch the day of the retreat
